Download Files Archive

GET 
/api/websites/:site_id/files/download-archive

Stream a ZIP of every file under path (empty = the whole site).

Mirrors the Media Library's /api/media/download-archive so the website Files tab can offer a per-folder "Download" action and a top-bar "Download all". An empty path archives the entire storage zone; a sub-folder path archives just that subtree, with arcnames rooted at the folder so it extracts cleanly.
