Get Filter Values

GET 
/api/dashboards/filter-values

Distinct values for a filterable text column, scoped to current tenant.

Used by the widget settings drawer to populate the per-filter value dropdown so users pick from real values instead of typing free text. Non-text fields return an empty list.
