Short-lived presigned GET URL straight from B2 (a separate origin).

Safe for inline embedding — active content (HTML/SVG) loaded from this URL runs under the B2 origin and cannot reach the app's cookies/session. Used by the file preview (images via <img>, HTML/SVG via a sandboxed <iframe>).
