Get Signed Pdf Url

GET 
/api/contracts/agreements/:agreement_id/signed-pdf-url

Return the download URL for the agreement's signed PDF.

Generates the PDF on demand when it doesn't exist yet (legacy agreement or the per-signature auto-generation failed silently). Returns 400 when no recipient has signed — nothing to produce yet.
