GET 
/api/websites/:site_id

Get website details by ID.

Accessible by the owner's tenant AND by accepted collaborators (possibly cross-tenant) via get_shared_website_service. The caller's effective per-resource role is stamped on my_access so the builder renders the correct editor mode.
