Override Lead Category

/api/inbox/classification/leads/:lead_id

Override the category of a conversation's latest message.

scope='once' relabels just this message; 'always_sender' pins the sender to the category; 'never_sender' excludes the category for the sender (and re-classifies the current message if it was that category).
