Query Form Submission Table

Run the View Submissions table query.

Pass view_id to load the saved view's filters/group/sort; pass form_id for an ad-hoc query without a view. Transient fields like contact_id and the date range are layered on top of the loaded view's saved filters and are not persisted back.
