Upload Document

/api/contracts/upload-document

Upload a PDF (or DOCX, future) to be used as the source document for a new agreement. Returns the public URL + filename so the frontend can reference it from a subsequent create-agreement call.

Uses the existing UploadService to land the file in tenant-scoped storage.
