Dial Out To Phone

/api/meet/rooms/:room_id/dial-out

Dial out to a phone number and add as participant to meeting.

Only hosts and team members can dial out. Phone participant will join the same room via SIP bridging.

• room_id: The meeting room ID
• phone_number: Phone number to dial (E.164 format, e.g., +15551234567)
• caller_id: Caller ID to display (must be from your phone numbers)

Returns participant info and SIP call status.
