Migrate And Delete Pipeline

/api/pipeline/:pipeline_id/migrate-and-delete

Migrate all leads from source pipeline to target pipeline and columns, then delete the source pipeline.

This is a transactional operation - if migration fails, pipeline won't be deleted.
