Public Validate Email

/api/public/book/s/:bookable_slug/validate-email

Validate a customer's email on the public bookable form (billed to the bookable's tenant).

Resolves the tenant from the bookable slug so the email-validation charge meters to the owning tenant. Unknown results count as valid; only a definitively undeliverable address fails. Never blocks the booking on our own outage.
