Get Sub Tenant Service Meters

GET 
/api/sub_account/:tenant_id/service-meters

Get service meters for a sub-tenant.

This endpoint retrieves all service pricing configurations for a sub-tenant, showing what services they have access to and their pricing/limits.

Access control:

• Parent tenant can view their sub-tenants' service meters
• Validates parent-child relationship

Args: tenant_id: Sub-tenant ID service_category: Optional filter by category (default: all) is_active: Optional filter by active status (default: True)

Returns: List of service meters configured for the sub-tenant

Raises: 404: Sub-tenant not found 403: Not authorized to view this sub-tenant's service meters 500: Internal server error
