Get Upgrade Prorated Credit

GET 
/api/account/upgrade-prorated-credit

Preview the prorated credit that will be applied to the next charge when the user upgrades or downgrades. Returns zero credit when the current sub has no paid Stripe invoice to credit against, or when it's already scheduled to cancel. Cycle mismatch (e.g. monthly → yearly) no longer blocks the credit.
