List Brevo Attributes

/api/integrations/:integration_id/brevo/attributes

List Brevo contact attributes (optionally filtered by category). Used by attribute_update / attribute_delete attribute_name dropdown AND by the contact-attributes JSON helper in contact create/upsert/update.
