List Google Chat Spaces

/api/integrations/:integration_id/google_chat/spaces

List Google Chat spaces the caller belongs to, for the spaceId dropdown.

Returns only {id, name} (id = spaces/AAA resource name), capped, so the config panel never pulls heavy space payloads.
