Verify the live LIDB-registered Caller ID Name for this phone number.

Triggers a fresh (uncached) lookup against the carrier so users can confirm whether their saved CNAM has propagated through the carrier network — typically takes 24–72 hours after a save. ClickUp 86ah2gbtx.

Each call may incur a small per-query fee from the provider; the frontend is expected to gate this behind an explicit "Verify" button.
