Get Call Events

GET 
/api/phone/logs/:call_id/events

Fetch per-call telephony event trace for the drawer's Call Signals tab.

Returns events ordered by occurred_at ASC. Event summaries are always generic — provider names (Telnyx / LiveKit / etc.) are NEVER included in customer-facing fields.

Raw internal payloads are only returned when include_raw=true AND the caller is a super-admin.
