  • Campaigns v1: Build full referral campaigns with multi-step claim funnels, branded invitation emails, and tracked URLs. Each campaign gets its own management page where you can edit settings, duplicate campaigns, and monitor performance from the admin menu.

  • Referral Claim Funnel: A multi-step claim flow guides referred contacts through email verification, phone verification, and account setup. Branded referral pages match your white-label design.

  • Tracked URLs with Custom Domains: Campaign links and SMS short links use your tenant's verified custom domain instead of a generic URL. Better deliverability, stronger brand recognition, and full click tracking on every link you send.

  • SMS Click Tracking: Every SMS link is automatically shortened and tracked. See exactly which contacts clicked, when they clicked, and which links drive the most conversions.

  • Campaign Invitation Email Templates: Branded email templates for referral invitations are automatically styled with your tenant's branding. Send professional, on-brand referral invites without touching HTML.

  • Drip Campaign Settings: Configure business hours so drip messages only send during appropriate times. Set the number of records per batch and the interval between sends (seconds, minutes, or hours) for precise control over delivery pacing.

  • Campaign Management: Edit, duplicate, and manage campaigns from the admin menu with a 3-dot dropdown on each campaign card. Quick actions for the operations you do most.
