  • Visitor Identity Settings Page: A new settings page lets you configure how visitor identification works, set up routing rules for identified visitors, and manage your tracking preferences.

  • Visit Activity Panel: The contact sidebar now includes a Visit Activity panel showing a contact's complete website browsing history — pages visited, timestamps, duration, and frequency. Available on plans with site tracking enabled.

  • Page View Tracking: Every page view is tracked and attributed to the correct contact. The system automatically updates total page views per lead, giving you engagement scoring data without any manual configuration.

  • Automatic Widget Integration: Site tracking is automatically included when you embed the chat widget. One embed code handles both visitor engagement and tracking — no extra scripts to manage.
