Are the AI model token costs for my agents marked up?

No. AI model costs (tokens) are pass-through billing: we charge exactly what the model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and others) charges and make no money on them.

Tokens are not credits. A model reads and writes in tokens, and 1,000 tokens is about 750 words, so the cost is a fraction of a penny. The tokens counted include the agent's prompt text plus the length of the conversation.
