Can a form collect file uploads or a recorded video, and where do I see them?

Yes. In the form builder, drag a Record element into the form. It lets people record video and/or audio, which is uploaded with the form submission. You can set the label and the maximum recording length. People can record from their phone using the form link. It works well for interviews, candidate recordings, selfie style review requests and performance reviews.

There is also a File upload element if people would rather upload an existing file or video.

To see what people submitted, including videos and files, go to Forms and open the View Submissions tab.

To use the form on a site hosted elsewhere, such as Wix, copy the form's link or embed code. If the form lives in a sub-account you charge for (one time or monthly), it works as long as that account is active and turns off if they stop paying.

Forms are not designed for people to view their own earlier submissions. If you need a portal where each person logs in, uploads or records videos and sees only their own, ask the AI assistant to build a custom app.
