Can I connect my own OpenAI API key or bring my own model to save money on AI?

There is no financial benefit. Votel already integrates with OpenAI and the other model providers and uses pass-through pricing on AI: what we pay is what you pay. AI agents inside Votel do not support bringing your own model or your own API keys.

To use a specific model, choose it where you use it, for example in a sub agent or a workflow. You see the pass-through price for that model and give it your prompt. No API setup is needed.

If you want to use your own AI subscription or your own model, connect it to Votel through our MCP server under Settings, then API / MCP. Work your AI does through MCP does not use Votel AI credits.
