Can I create my own skills for the AI assistant?

Yes. A skill works like an SOP: the steps or requirements the AI should follow. In the AI assistant, go to Assistant settings. You can create your own skills, import skills from other sources, or tell the AI to create one with the skill creator skill.

A good use is any process you repeat, for example a morning routine that checks your sales and summarizes your call transcripts. Once the skill exists, run it by name. The AI also sometimes uses a relevant skill on its own.

Skills can be put in snapshots and passed to your sub-accounts.
