Can I edit a website the AI built myself, or do I have to ask the AI for every change?

Yes. Everything the AI assistant builds is editable, and it works both ways: a website the AI built can be edited in the drag and drop website builder, and a site you built in drag and drop can be edited with the AI. It does not matter how the site was created, and you are never locked into using the AI for changes.

To edit a site, click the box for the website (not the open in new tab icon). It opens the built-in website builder, where everything is drag and drop. You can edit text, swap images and logos, and add sections, buttons, forms and other elements. Prebuilt and custom sections can be added with one click. The sections offered in the builder are tailored to the site you are editing, so a section you add (for example a testimonials block) automatically matches the site's colors, look and feel.

Some edits are quicker to do yourself than by asking the AI, for example changing a logo (pick a file and swap it) or tweaking some text. You can still ask the AI assistant for any change, but each back and forth uses AI credits.

To add a form, click Forms on the left of the builder and drag one of your forms onto the page, or ask the AI to put the form on the page. The AI does not always add a form on its own, so ask for one if you want it.

To rebuild an existing site, paste its address into the AI assistant and ask it to redesign it, or use the Import from URL option in the website builder.
