Can I get a refund on funds I added to my wallet balance?

No. Funds added to your wallet balance are not refundable. Once funds are added, they can only be used on services in the system.

The only refund guarantee we offer is on the 5 Day Challenge entry fee, the amount paid for the challenge itself. It does not cover subscriptions, upsells, add-ons, the Snapshot Library, phone numbers, funds added to the balance, or AI agent usage such as phone calls.
