Can I mark up SMS, calls, email and AI usage to earn money from my clients' usage?

Yes, on the $297 Founders (white label) plan. The $97 Professional plan does not include markup.

All consumable items are pay per use, per token or per credit: SMS, email, phone and AI, the same kind of usage billing you would expect from GoHighLevel. With a markup you take anything we sell and add your own margin. For example, if we charge a penny per minute on the phone and you charge your customer two cents, you keep the difference. Every call, text and email then earns you something, on top of your agency services and your plan subscription.

You set the markup in the SaaS configurator when you create your SaaS plan. Votel recommends the 2x button, which doubles our price for every service. For example, if an AI assistant credit costs you 25 cents and you click 2x, your customer pays you 50 cents and we charge you 25 cents. The AI app builder hosting, which costs $9 per app per month, becomes $18 a month at 2x. Mark everything up so that when your customers use things you are pleased, not worried.
