Can I run several brands or domains on one white label account?

Each white label account has one brand and one white label (SaaS) domain. The white label domain and the automated messages sent to your sub-accounts, such as the welcome message, carry that one brand. To run fully separate white label brands you would need a separate white label account for each.

What many agencies do instead is give the back end a generic, neutral name (for example AI CRM Pro) that every client logs in on, and give each niche its own brand on the front end with its own website, for example one for HVAC and one for employment law. You can have unlimited websites.

To put a niche website on its own domain or subdomain:

1. Build the website in the website builder.
2. Open that website's Domains tab and enter the domain, for example hvac.yourdomain.com.
3. Add the DNS records shown to your domain registrar, then connect the domain in Votel. Once DNS has propagated, the domain verifies and the site is live.

The platform itself stays on your white label domain.
