Yes. You can create custom services that debit the built-in wallet. Add your own under the custom services settings by setting the service name and the unit. Examples are social media posting, social media management, website design, or a prepaid pack of visits or rewards.

You, or the AI assistant, can then debit or credit these services in real time from a workflow, using usage-based billing: in the workflow step, select your custom service.

Combined with the built-in promo code system and custom fields (for example a field that counts visits), you can build loyalty or punch-card programs that help with retention.
