Can I share an app I built with all my sub-accounts?

Yes. The app builder gives your app a URL. In the SaaS Configurator, add the app to the sidebar as a custom link (an embedded menu item). All your sub-accounts then get the app through their sidebar menu, and users reach it through its public link.
