Can I stop my clients from seeing or changing the agents and websites I built?

Yes. Click the three dots on an item and choose Lock. A locked item cannot be opened or changed by the client, but you can still access it. You can lock agents, websites, forms and similar items. Agencies use this to protect their setup (their secret sauce) and to stop clients from changing something.

Many agencies also design the solution so the client never needs to log in at all. Instead of having them learn a CRM, text or email them results every chance you get, such as a new lead or a newly booked appointment, so they see the value without logging in.
