Can I take calls and texts myself, and is there a mobile app?

Yes. The phone and messaging are for people as much as for AI. You get a unified inbox with all your message channels (email, SMS, social media and more), and you can make and take calls yourself from your computer with the built-in web phone. You can save views in the inbox, for example one view for clients and another for leads.

There is also a mobile app. It is a PWA (progressive web app) that carries your own branding, and it is not in the app stores: open the app in your browser and click install. It works on Android, iOS and desktop. Phone calls are not available in the mobile app, but everything else is, including texting.
