Can I track loyalty points, punch cards or limited usage per contact?

Yes. Use a custom field of the Number meter type. A meter tracks the usage of something.

1. Create a custom field and choose the Number meter type.
2. Set the unit, for example haircuts.
3. Choose the frequency tracking, such as per week or per month.
4. Optionally set a limit, for example four per week or four per month for someone who paid for a set amount.

Meters can be increased or decreased from the workflow builder, so you can build any kind of loyalty tracking, for example counting haircuts and giving a free one after a set number. There are usually several ways to build a loyalty program in Votel. You can ask the AI assistant to build it; it picks one way, and you can refine it by chatting with it.
