Can the AI assistant create, monitor and report on my ads, and email me a daily report?

Yes. The AI assistant has all the ad tools from Click Tracking. First connect your ad accounts under Click Tracking, in Ads Manager. You can connect one ad account per sub-account.

Wherever you see the Allowed tools option in the AI assistant (for example when creating a scheduled task), the Click Tracking section lists the ad tools, including creating an ad, getting an ad campaign, getting campaign details, getting ad insights and listing ad accounts. Anything you see on the Click Tracking page when managing campaigns can be retrieved through the assistant.

To create ads, tell the AI what the business does and what ads you want. It creates the images and the ad text and asks for your approval, the same way it does for social media posts. You do not need to give it one step at a time: one prompt can ask it to research the industry, find pain points, create ad angles and images, pick the best, create the campaign and publish it. Keep a human in the loop and review everything before anything goes live.

To monitor ads, create a scheduled task in the AI assistant. Scheduled tasks have the same built-in tools as the assistant, including email, so one task can combine several actions on a schedule. For example:

  1. Every morning at 9 AM, review my ad campaigns, see how the ad account is doing, make suggestions and email me a report.
  2. Every day, check my ads, and if the cost per lead goes past a limit, turn the ad off or notify me.
  3. Every week, get the stats from the ads and campaigns, compile a report and email it to me or to my client.

You can write the task's instructions yourself, or ask the assistant to create the scheduled task for you.

The same scheduled tasks can create and post social media content. For anything that publishes, tell the assistant to save it as a draft or pending so you can review it first, because not everything the AI creates is a good idea.
