Can Votel find a missing phone number, email or LinkedIn profile for my existing contacts?

Yes. Votel has data enrichment (data append) products in the Visitor ID area of Settings. They work for the contacts already in your CRM and for visitors identified by Visitor ID. It works like a tool such as Clay, but built into the system.

Examples of what enrichment can find: the phone number, mobile number or LinkedIn profile from an email address; the email address from a phone number; the mobile phone from a LinkedIn profile; the LinkedIn profile from a phone number; a work email from a name and company. A few other data points are available as well. If a contact has a name, email and address but no phone number, an append can look for the phone number.

To use it, switch on the enrichment products you want. They run automatically in the background.

Pricing: the price depends on the type of lookup and is listed on the Usage page. You are charged only when the data is found, not per attempt, so a failed lookup costs nothing. If the data point is already on the contact, we do not try to enrich it again.

The hit rate is not 100 percent. It depends on the contact.
