Can Votel manage my Google Business Profile posts and reviews?

Votel supports posting to a Google Business Profile, and review generation.

Posting: Google Business Profile is treated as a social media channel. Go to Calendars, open the Social media calendar, connect your Google Business account, and post to it like any other social account. You can connect accounts and post in your own account or in sub-accounts, and the AI assistant can create and schedule social content.

Reviews: to get more Google reviews, use review requests, where an AI agent makes outbound requests asking your customers for a review, which helps increase your rankings. You can also build a review request automation.

Not supported: editing the Google Business Profile itself (title, services, location and similar) from Votel, and automatically responding to reviews.
