Can Votel replace Google Workspace for my email?

If you only use Google Workspace for email, yes. Votel can host your mailboxes: when you connect your email domain, turn on receiving (inbound email) and add the MX records we give you. Your email then arrives in Votel, in Conversations, and you can create as many addresses as you want as sender identities. If you have several mailboxes, you can create saved views or filters, for example to show one mailbox in its own tab, the way support and sales are separated. Working out of one system is better than running two email systems.

Google Workspace does a lot besides email, including Google Docs, Google Drive and Gemini AI. Votel does not include Docs or Drive, so if you rely on those, keep Google Workspace. It is a common choice for businesses and we use it ourselves. Votel has a Google integration and a Gmail integration. In that case, set up your domain in Votel for sending only, so Votel does not interfere with your Workspace mailboxes.
