Do AI assistant credits pay for videos, text messages and app hosting?

AI assistant credits cover the work of the AI assistant itself: talking to it and having it build websites, agents and apps. Other services it uses are billed separately. If you tell the assistant to generate a video, that uses AI video charges, not assistant credits. If you tell it to send 5,000 text messages, you pay for the text messages plus the assistant.

Building an app with the assistant is covered by assistant credits, but an app with custom code and a custom database has a hosting cost of $9 a month for the custom database and app hosting, with unlimited traffic.

Your wallet balance and the credits included in your plan are separate. You can have free assistant credits remaining and a $0 wallet balance.
