Do I pay for support, or for importing contacts?

No. Talking to our support team is free and unlimited, by call or by chat. We do not charge by the hour for support, and we do not charge setup fees.

Importing contacts is also free, and contacts are unlimited.

The only related charge is for the optional support platform, a product you can use to run support for your own customers. It uses our meeting rooms and has its own usage charges. Using it for your own customers is separate from getting support from us, which is always free.
