Do my AI credits expire or roll over to the next month?

It depends on where the credits came from.

Monthly plan credits: the AI assistant credits included in the Founders plan ($297 worth, about 1,188 credits, every month) do not roll over. They reset every month, so unused credits are lost at the end of the month and a fresh amount arrives the next month. On a plan paid for several months in advance, such as a yearly plan, the credits are still given month by month, not all at once, and you cannot use more than that month's amount. If you move to a lower plan, the previous month's credits are not available the next month. The Pro plan does not include monthly AI credits.

Free credits: the 200 free AI credits (for example the credits 5 Day Challenge attendees get for posting in the school community) are a one-time grant and do not expire. You can use them at your own pace, and whatever you have not used is still there after the challenge ends. They stay on your account in addition to any monthly plan credits.

Wallet balance: money you add to your wallet never expires. It stays as a balance until it is used.

Included plan credits only cover the AI assistant. AI agents (per minute costs), web apps, AI media, SMS, phone numbers and other services are billed from your wallet.
