Do you have a mobile app, and will it carry my white label branding?
Yes. Votel has a progressive web app (PWA) that you install on Android, iPhone and desktop (Windows and Mac). It is not a native app and it is not in the App Store: you install it straight from the platform.
- Log in to Votel. You may see a pop up asking you to install the app.
- If you do not, click your profile icon at the top right and open your profile.
- Click Install app and follow the instructions for your device.
On iPhone it works like Add to Home Screen and puts an icon on your home screen. On a computer it adds an icon to your dock or task bar that launches the app. The steps differ slightly between Android and iPhone.
The app is white label. It carries the branding and your own information that you set in the SaaS Configurator, so set up your white label branding first. White label is included in the Founders Plan ($297 a month). Your sub-accounts and clients can install it too and get the app with your branding. They log in only to their own account and see only their own data.
The app is mobile optimized and you can do almost everything you can on desktop, such as replying to email and SMS in the unified inbox, using the dialer, reading messages and checking dashboards. The exception is designing a website with the drag and drop builder.
