Do you have an API, and can Votel connect to other systems like a third-party CRM?

Yes. Votel has a full open API that covers everything in the platform, with more than 2,000 API endpoints. The whole platform runs on our own APIs, so what we use is what you get through the API. You can use it to build whatever you need for any feature, such as agents and forms.

The API documentation is in the help docs at docs.votel.ai (in the app, click Live support, then Help docs). You can paste the docs into ChatGPT or another AI to help you build against the API. The white label setup includes white-labeled API guides.

Inside workflows you can connect to any third-party system, such as another CRM, by calling its API, and you can catch a webhook another system sends you and process it in the workflow, so data can go in and out. You can set this up in the workflow builder yourself, ask the AI assistant to build it, or ask support to help.

To connect an AI such as Claude or ChatGPT to Votel, use the MCP server instead of the API (Settings, then API MCP). MCP is built for AI agents, and a plain API is not.
