Do you mark up the AI model cost for AI agents?

No. When you use an AI agent, or the agent step in a workflow, the model cost is passed through: what we pay the model provider is what you pay. You can see the prices in the price list under Settings, then Billing, then Usage.

The price of a voice agent depends on the model and the voice you pick, so check the pricing calculator on our website for the combination you want.
