Do you offer onboarding help, and what does it include?

Yes, onboarding is free. When you start on a paid plan (the Professional Plan at $97 a month or higher), our onboarding team helps you get set up. Onboarding usually covers creating your first AI agents and connecting them to a phone number, creating your website with the AI and getting it online, connecting your domain and DNS (including your white label domain), creating your SaaS plans and setting up the SaaS Configurator, and moving your data over from GoHighLevel.

We do it with you rather than for you: you join a meeting, tell us what you want, and build it together, typically in about an hour. One thing builds in the background while we start the next. Onboarding can start live right away or be booked for a time that suits you. If you need something very custom outside the standard onboarding, we can quote a price for it.

Get Onboarded by Founder is a group session: a tour of what the platform can do and where to set up your white label, with your questions answered at the end. Afterwards you get a summary and a link to the recording, and you can book a setup call so a team member helps you get set up. You can book another session with the same link and come back with more questions. The group session is not the place to troubleshoot your own account. For account-specific help, use the AI assistant, Live Support (Talk to a person) or a booked setup call.

Going through the full 5 Day Challenge is also the best onboarding, because it gives you the whole plan to get set up.
