Yes. Connected social media accounts are billed per account per month, so a client with four or five accounts adds a small monthly cost.

You build the packages, so you decide how to handle it: include a set number of accounts in your plan, give unlimited accounts and absorb the cost, or charge for them. You can also mark the cost up, for example with the 2x markup, when you set the price.

If you try to connect social accounts and see a message that you do not have enough money, add funds to your wallet and try again.
