Does Votel bill my white label clients directly, or do I?

Votel bills you, and you bill your clients. Votel does not bill your clients at all, and only you interact with them. The money you pay us goes to our Stripe account, and the money your clients pay you goes to your Stripe account.

Have your clients turn on auto recharge: they add a credit card and set an amount to add when the balance gets low (for example add $20 each time the balance drops below $10), so their balance keeps topping up. This matters because a phone number has a monthly cost and calls have a per minute cost, and if a client's balance reaches zero, their phone stops working.
