Does Votel have its own meeting platform like Zoom?

Yes. Votel has a built-in meeting platform that works like Zoom or Google Meet, so you can use it instead of Zoom. The 5 Day Challenge sessions and Votel's own live support calls run on it, and you can use it to book and hold meetings with your clients.

Go to Calendar to find your meeting rooms. Each meeting can use a link with a randomly generated code, or you can create your own room with a fixed, memorable link such as meet/yourname. People join by opening the link in their browser. They do not need a Votel account or any other account.

In a meeting you can talk on video, share your screen and present slides. The meeting chat is one public chat for the whole room (there are no private messages between participants), and you can pin messages in it. Attendees can use the raise hand button on the bottom bar to ask to speak, and hosts can mute participants and use other host controls.

When you share your screen, turn on the share audio switch only when you need it. Everyone in the meeting then hears all audio from your browser, including notifications and any meeting open in another tab.

Meetings can be recorded and transcribed. The recording, the transcript and an AI summary are saved on the contact, so you have a record of every meeting with your contacts, clients and customers, and you can play the meeting back from there.

On the white label plan, the meeting platform carries your own brand and domain, so you and your clients get your own white label Zoom replacement.
