How are SMS, email and AI image or video generation charged?

SMS, email, AI image generation and AI video generation are all usage based: there is a cost per text, a cost per email and a cost per image or video you generate. Video generation is credit based, so you pay credits for each video, and it all runs inside the platform.

The full price list is under Settings, then Billing, then the Usage tab. It also shows how much is included in your plan, how much you have used and how much was billed.

Votel runs its own SMS system, so you do not need Twilio or another SMS provider.
