How can field workers update job status without logging in to the system?

Meet field staff where they are. They do not need to log in to Votel or your white label app, and most of them do not want to. Use text or email steps instead:

1. Send them a text or email, for example before or after an appointment: did you complete this job? Yes or no.
2. Use the SMS step's reply handling to set conditional paths for the reply, such as a Yes branch and a No branch.
3. On the Yes branch, add the next step, for example set the pipeline stage, so the record is updated in the system.

You can also text them a link to a form where they log what happened, for example on an inspection. This works from a phone.

For quick wins, keep it simple. More detailed automation, such as forms with photos, AI interpreting the photos and reports, is possible if the client wants it.
