How can I see what I was charged for and where my balance went?

  1. Open Activity in the left menu. Activity holds all your history: calls, messages, emails, meetings, chats and workflow runs, with recordings and transcripts.
  2. Open Balance activity. Every charge against your wallet is listed line by line, with the amount billed and your available balance at that moment, and lines link to the item that caused them, such as a workflow.
  3. Use the date filter, for example the last seven days or a custom date range.
  4. Click the Services button (the group by service preset) to group the charges by service, then sort by amount billed to see where the money went.
  5. Use the grouping drop-downs to drill down several levels, for example by sub-account (shown as tenant or sub-tenant), then by date, then by service name. This shows which sub-account used which service on which day, and whether it was free or paid usage.
  6. Scroll the line items to the right and read the description, which often names what caused the charge, such as the agent that sent an email, the assistant run, or the chat that executed code.

All sub-account usage rolls up to your agency account: you bill your clients, we bill you, and you keep the difference. Balance activity shows wallet deductions only. A charge on your credit card is usually money added to your wallet, for example by auto recharge, not the cost of one task.

The Plans tab under Settings, then Billing shows your recurring services, such as a phone number billed every month, and the next billing date. To see every service with its price, and what is left of your included credits, go to Settings, then Billing, then Usage. We do not charge for bandwidth.
