How do I charge per lead, or include a set amount, for a service like Visitor ID enrichment?

Set it up in a SaaS plan. In the SaaS Configurator, create a new plan, set its monthly price, then set the usage for each service inside the plan. Enrichments are listed as individual services, so you control the price of each one, but you can give them all the same settings.

Included amount: turn the service on, choose Deny overage and enter the number, for example 500 leads. Clients get that amount with the plan and cannot go over.

Pay per lead: turn the service on, choose bill for overage with zero included, and set a markup on our cost to reach your price. For example, a 4x markup gives about $2 a lead.

Some free, then paid: enter an included amount (for example the first 10 free) and bill overage after that.

Flat rate covering all enrichment: set the enrichment services to unlimited, or deny overage up to the amount in your plan, and put your price on the main lead item. Your client then turns on the enrichment switches in their account and the enrichments run. They do not see a cost per profile.

Visitor ID can run enrichment every time a contact is added, using a contact trigger, so new leads from ads are enriched automatically.
